Wizz Air – reviews
Wizz Air is very popular among customers. Most of the reviews about this carrier are rather positive. Passengers praise this carrier primarily for attractive ticket prices, although at the same time they point out that some additional costs are hidden, which is sometimes confusing when making a reservation. Wizz Air gets a lot of pluses for punctuality and an extensive network of connections, and there are also positive opinions about the cabin crew. Slightly less positive are opinions regarding travel comfort and meal quality, although at the same time passengers are aware that these inconveniences are a result of the very low cost of travel.

Wizz Air – pros and cons
Choosing a carrier is always quite a challenge when planning air travel. Wizz Air has gained a lot of recognition among customers, but it also has its drawbacks, and depending on the traveler’s expectations, they may even outweigh the benefits offered.
On the plus side:
Easy booking – buying a ticket on Wizz Air’s website is simple and takes little time.
Well-designed mobile app – the Wizz Air App is user-friendly, provides virtually all the important information, makes transactions and booking changes easy.
Punctuality – flight delays are relatively rare at Wizz Air, especially compared to other low-cost carriers.
Onboard service – the care of passengers during the flight is rated highly by most customers.
Wide choice of destinations – Wizz Air offers a great number of direct flights, and you can also book a charter flight with this carrier.
Online check-in – unlike airport check-in, it’s free, and all you need is a mobile app.
Wizz Air Priority – it doesn’t cost much to buy this service, but in return you gain a lot of benefits, including priority boarding.
On the downside:
Destination airports – Wizz Air usually does not fly to major airports, only to smaller airports that are not as comfortable for passengers and are often poorly connected to city centers.
Baggage restrictions – there is only one small bag for free, which means that most travelers have to pay to carry on luggage.
Customer service – it’s hard to get help if there are problems, and complaints take a long time to process.
Lots of extra fees – there are very few services included in the base price, and you have to pay extra for most things, like seat selection or food on board. Wizz Air’s fares are reasonably affordable, nevertheless they increase the cost of the flight.

Little legroom – Wizz Air’s planes are new and fairly comfortable, but they don’t provide a particularly large amount of legroom, which can be a nuisance on longer flights.
